Graduate Careers:

  • Excellent first degree (2:1 or above) with experience in a project management or business management environment
  • Ability to demonstrate rapid career progression with increasing responsibility in project roles as your experience and competencies develop
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of some project methodologies, processes and project issues
  • Business analysis or problem solving skills

Early stages of your Programme and Project Management career:

  • Excellent first degree (2:1 or above) with experience in a project management or business management environment
  • Ability to demonstrate rapid career progression with increasing responsibility in project roles as your experience and competencies develop
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of one or more Best Practice P3M methods
  • Business analysis or problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead projects or work streams in a larger programme
  • Experience of working at different levels of an organisation

Experienced Programme and Project Management candidates:

In addition to a mimimum of all the above:

  • Strong consultancy skills with a track record in working at all levels in an organisation up to Board level
  • Management expertise, with strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen to understand requirements and formulate and deliver creative solutions to client issues
  • Leadership and addition of value to substantial programmes and projects with large teams, from project start up through to project closure
  • implementations involving significant performance improvement or business transformation
